01Data controller

We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of RS”, no. 87/2018).
02What data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject and content of your message. When you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide yourself.
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and we do not create user profiles.
03Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to reply to your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when submitting the form, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement (Article 12(1)(1) and (2) of the Law).
04Health data
Please do not send detailed information about your health through the contact form — it is enough to briefly describe what you would like help with. We discuss everything else in person, in a confidential setting.
Data arising from the therapy process is subject to professional secrecy and the code of ethics, and is kept in accordance with the regulations governing medical records.
05Retention period
Enquiries are kept as long as necessary to reply and arrange an appointment, and no longer than 12 months after our last communication, unless you become a client or the law requires a longer period.
06Who has access to your data
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Only authorized members of our team have access. Technically, data passes through the servers of our hosting and email service providers, who process it solely on our behalf.
07Third-party services
The Contact page shows a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google LLC may collect your IP address and set cookies in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. Fonts on this website are loaded from the Google Fonts service, which also involves transmitting your IP address to Google.
08Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Send your request to info@kbtinstitut.rs — we will reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11000 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs.
09Minors
Persons under the age of 15 may contact us through the form only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
10Security and changes
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data is restricted to authorized persons. We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
